Sukham is a men’s sexual wellness brand which appeared on Shark Tank India Season 3 Episode 40. Their products and treatments are based on Vajikarana. Further, Their product line is divided into two categories, for the needy and for the greedy. The first category contains products and treatment plans for Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation. The second line includes Ayurvedic Lube and Date Night Shot-like products. Also, The founders added that their products are a blend of classical Medicines & Modern lifestyle solutions. The founders sought an investment of ₹1 crore for 3.33% of the equity valuing the business at ₹30 crores.
Sukham’s Revenue & Financials during Shark Tank India:
Sukham was started in 2022. So far, they have helped over 20,000 customers. They made a net revenue of ₹47.5 lakhs in FY22-23. Moreover, They closed August 2023 with ₹21.67 lakhs in revenue. Also, The founders shared that all their revenue came from 1 SKU and upselling their plans. Furthermore, They added that the Ministry of AYUSH approves all their formulations, which are based on Indian Materia Medica. They are currently burning ₹5.5 lakhs per month.
Sukham has an 83% success rate for their performance-boosting treatment which costs ₹2,499. Moreover, They are currently in the process of registering their products with the Clinical Trial Registry in India to check their efficacy. Also, They get 1200-1300 new customers per month and have a retention rate of around 50%. Their average order value is around ₹1,034.
Sukham raised ₹1.25 crores at a 15% dilution, valuing the company at ₹8.33 crores in 2022. This was followed by another round where they diluted 5% at a ₹20 crore valuation. Also, They raised ₹1 crore in the second round.

Deepinder was the first shark to go out citing it was too early and there are no proof points for this product. Namita added that she is an evidence-based person and the company doesn’t have enough data to prove that it works therefore she goes out. Aman felt like it was in an unproven category which he doesn’t understand therefore he goes out. Anupam commented that it was a big problem but the Sukham’s products were not proven solutions. He added that he was also having a hard time building trust with the founders therefore he goes out. Vineeta felt like this was not scalable therefore she goes out as well. Sukham walked out of the tank without a deal.
