During the Shark Tank India pitch, Ashneer decided to opt out of the deal, considering the product a gimmick. Namita, however, recognized the market potential and made the first offer, along with Aman. Their proposal was to invest ₹50 lakh for a 20% equity stake and provide ₹25 lakh as debt at a 12% interest rate, resulting in a valuation of ₹2.5 crore. Anupam expressed interest in making an offer, prompting Namita and Aman to adjust their proposal to ₹75 lakh for a 20% equity share, urging the entrepreneurs to accept it immediately. Devang countered their offer by proposing ₹75 lakh for a 10% equity stake, which Aman declined.
Anupam decided to withdraw from the deal, citing interruptions from Namita and Aman when he attempted to communicate with the entrepreneurs. He also expressed concerns about some sharks not adhering to fair conduct on the platform. Peyush also opted out, stating his lack of interest in the product. Namita revised her offer once more, suggesting a 15% equity stake for the same investment amount, which the company ultimately accepted.
