To fulfill this vision, the founders sought an investment of ₹50 Lakhs for 3% equity, giving them a valuation of ₹16.6 Crores.
What’s Up Wellness last month’s sales were at ₹30 Lakhs. The founders added that they are cheaper than competitors. They had over 50,000 Instagram followers at the time of the pitch. The company was completely bootstrapped at the time of the pitch, but Vaibhav shared that they have the commitment of ₹1.5 Crores at ₹10.5 Crores. Then, They have a gross margin of 81%. Further, Their average order value is ₹950, out of which they earn net revenue of ₹800. Finally, Their customer acquisition cost was around ₹600, and the company was losing ₹100-150 per order. 70% of their sales come directly from their website, and the company spent ₹18 Lakhs last month on marketing.
What’s Up Wellness Shark Tank Negotiations & Funding:
Namita was the first shark to go out, citing there was no differentiator in the ingredients or their pitch. Peyush liked the entrepreneur, and he liked how detail-oriented, but he thought the business was too early, so he went out of the negotiations. Aman, Vineeta, and Anupam come together for their offer of ₹60 Lakhs for 4.76% of the company. Furthermore, Anupam comments that this offer is non-negotiable, and the founders accepted that deal without any hesitation.

Furthermore, They have expanded their offerings and added stress relief gummies, Kids Gummies, and eye Health Gummies to their roster as well. Next, Their following on Instagram went up by almost 2X as they have over 95 thousand followers as of January 2024.
