Since their inception 4 years ago, They have served more than 4 Lakh cups of Kheer. The company’s vision is to make their brand a household name and to fullfill this vision, they sought an investment of ₹50 Lakhs for 7.5 % of the company valuing their business at ₹6.67 Crores.
La Kheer Deli has a shelf life of 6 days but they could increase the shelf life to 3 months with freazing techniques. The founders added that they have premixes for their products which have a shelf life of 1 year and can be exported anywhere and will help them expand. Last month they made ₹6 Lakhs and their peak month has been at ₹15 Lakhs.

Ashneer goes out citing that there is a scalability issue and he wasn’t confident in the founders. Aman goes out due to similar reasons as Ashneer. Namita think that the company should pivot to premixes but she is not interested in this product therefore she goes out.
Anupam gives the first offer but puts a condition that the company’s direction needs to be pivoted to premixes. He offered ₹50 Lakhs for 25% of the company. Vineeta goes out citing that Anupam has good offer on the table. The founders takes a moment to think and comes back to express their concerns with pre-mixes and counter Anupam at ₹50 Lakhs for 15% after hearing that, Anupam goes out of the deal as well.
