The company sought an investment of ₹45 Lakhs for 5% of their company valuing their business at ₹9 Crores. Purva added that they are still at the prototype stage. Good Good Piggy Bank was a pre-revenue company at the time of pitch. They had a revenue model of the annual subscription model.

Ashneer was the first Shark to go out of the deal because he thought this company needed a lot more work and the founder needed humility. He commented that the entrepreneur was also fascinated with the founder’s world and wanted to be a celebrated founder. Anupam didn’t like the business model and founders will not be able to build a business in this space.

Purva again didn’t answer that question properly therefore Peyush goes out of the deal. Namita goes out thinking it’s too early and she does not invest in pre-revenue companies as a principle.
