AI KAVACH Shark Tank India Negotiations & Funding:
AI KAVACH has raised $10,000 for 0.25% from Pratyusha mentor who works at Google and 0.25% advisory equity. Aman was the first shark to put in an offer of ₹50 lakhs for 4% equity. Radhika opted out because she believes it is too early to be in the Shark Tank, as she has not figured out who the customers will be – whether it’s B2B or B2C. Ritesh also opted out for the same reasons as Radhika. Vineeta also opted out because she believes Aman will help her more in this venture.
Peyush is highly interested in this venture and believes he can provide more help. Therefore, He offers the same deal as Pratyusha asked for: ₹50 Lakhs for 1.25% equity. He also wants some advisory equity as he wishes to personally advise on this venture. Aman shows his watch and says, “See the technology in this,” and hands over glasses to emphasize the technology. Further, Aman mentions they had 250 people in R&D, and he matches Peyush’s offer.
Pratyusha wants both sharks to be part of her venture, and she offers them ₹1 Crore for 2.5% Equity + 2.5% Advisory Equity. Both of them agree, and the deal is finalized.

How is AI KAVACH doing after Shark Tank India?
Our research within the company revealed that it is still very unclear if their deal with Peyush and Aman closed. We also advise that there is a website registered under the domain kavach.co.in, which users should avoid as it may be a phishing website. Additionally, the correct address for the company is panoplia.io, but it is no longer available on the servers.
The company however is still in business and Thriving. They shared through LinkedIn that they are hiring Engineers which could be due to expansion of their business. As the company is mainly B2B sales, there isn’t much more consumer facing information available on this company.
This is all we could gather at this time but we will update this article as soon as more information comes to light. you can Also check out Shark Tank India Products by clicking the Amazon Button below!
