They just closed a round of ₹1.4 Crores with a total dilution of 15% done so far.

Anupam puts out the first offer of ₹50 lakh for 20% of the company. Peyush asks if he can join Anupam for that offer, which Anupam accepts. Anupam revises his offer right after the company revealed their last round of investment. The new offer stands at ₹50 lakh for 10% of the company. Ashneer believes that this is a good business that is going to be big, so he offers the company exactly what they asked for, with Aman coming along in this deal. Manas accepted that offer without any hesitation.
